Wayne and his wife Linda own Bibbens Communications Internet, Inc. a nationwide ISP, who is in a project of offering high speed wireless internet in the village of Weedsport and some surrounding areas. Part of the internet offering will be a website prepared by BCI for each business customer. As the number of customers grow, so will the number of websites for local businesses.
